Complaints:

Complaints are important to AGAPI Care.
If you have a complaint we will work with you to understand and address your concerns.
You can raise your concern with a staff member you are comfortable with or contact our Manager
Client Services on 03 9471 1231 or email feedback@agapicare.org.au.
If you need help to make a complaint we can help you access an advocate and if we can’t resolve
your complaint to your satisfactory level you can raise your concern with the NDIS Commission at
www.ndiscommission.gov.au or by calling 1800 035 544.
